As each item, even the pre-made ones, are one-of-a-kind and handmade, returns or exchanges are not available. In other words, all sales are final.
If there is a flaw in an item or you feel there's something wrong with your order, please contact me at hyunandgreta@gmail.com with details and I'll be happy to work with you.
Once the item leaves my hand and goes to the post office, I'm unable to track it down or tell you any information about its whereabouts. This has happened a handful of times in the eight years I've been doing business, but USPS is not infallible and packages sometimes do get lost or delayed or delivered incorrectly. If that happens, I'm happy to help try to track the package down, but you have access to the same info I do and will likely have better luck by contacting your local post office to find it using the tracking number that was emailed to you when the order shipped.
